Repositionable Hemostatic Clip

ISO-13485 · CE · IEC Certified

Hemostatic clips are placed in the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract to control active bleeding. Two sets of opposing atraumatic teeth in the clip’s arms lock onto tissue with accuracy, reliability, and precise functionality. Because opening and closing remain unrestricted, the clip can be repositioned until the ideal position is achieved — delivering a reliable, secure grip for consistent hemostasis and tissue management.

  • Jaw style works for multiple clinical applications.
  • Can be used with a side-viewing endoscope.
  • Shorter stem makes the clip less obtrusive.
  • Variety of sizes — 16 mm arm opening width.
  • Indicated for anchoring jejunal feeding tubes.

Product Description

Hemostatic clips are placed in the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract to suture active bleeding. The clip needs to provide accuracy, reliability, and precise functionality to lock onto tissue, and its unrestricted opening and closing action means it can be repositioned until the desired position is achieved. Two sets of opposing atraumatic teeth in the arms of the clip deliver a reliable, secure grip for consistent performance, backed by Lenus Medicare’s proven clip delivery system for exceptional reliability and tissue management.

The Hemostatic Clip is engineered to control bleeding more efficiently than ever, achieved via ten teeth that act as anchoring spikes to ensure optimal fixation on the tissue at the bleeding site. Users can imitate the clip’s actual closure while still being able to reopen it at will — making the device fully repositionable for more precision and flexibility, and reducing total operational time.

For maximum patient comfort, the segment of the clip projecting into the lumen has been designed to be particularly short. This enables comfortable nutrition and minimizes the risk of injury to the opposing tract.

Key Features

  • Removable Clip — engineered to enable unlimited opening and closing prior to deployment, ensuring precise placement and aiding in repositioning of the clip.
  • Wide Jaw Span — one-step, tactile deployment with clean separation eliminates the need for additional shaking or pulling, reducing the risk of accidental deployment; intended to grasp a sizeable amount of tissue.
  • 360° Rotation — the clip can be rotated to provide the correct orientation for tissue approximation or defect closure, improving performance and the user experience.
  • Radiopaque construction aids visualization and confirms placement under fluoroscopy.

Applications

  • Upper & Lower GI Bleeding Control
  • Endoscopic Hemostasis
  • Marking of Lesion Sites
  • Anchoring Jejunal Feeding Tubes
  • Post-Polypectomy Defect Closure
  • Hospitals and Endoscopy Centers

Benefits

The 360° rotation makes orientation for defect closure much easier. Would appreciate a wider size range in stock, but overall very satisfied with the quality.
